Project Details
Foxborough Regional Charter School is a public school located in Massachusetts. Educating over 1,000 students per year, the school has recently added a new section in order to increase the amount of classrooms and space for more students. For both new construction as well as replacing older windows from the original structure, they chose to use Fibertec’s line of high performance fiberglass windows. They used the 300 Series fiberglass fixed over awning windows in combination, finished with a custom blue for added accent to the building, both on the interior and exterior. Different glazing combinations were used on elevations in order to enhance the overall energy efficiency of the building. Not only did the new fiberglass windows add character to the school’s exterior, but will also allow the school to save on energy and promote the importance of using building materials, such as fiberglass windows, to make the environment a better place to live.
