SPECIFICATIONS: 3¼″ Pultruded Fiberglass Closed Back Frame completely filled with laser die cut Polystyrene, injection molded reinforced mitered corners with Polyurethane foam fill, sealed with silicone sealant.
SIZES AVAILABLE: Minimum width 12″, Minimum height 12″, Maximum width 84″, Maximum height 84″. Fibertec manufactures to sizes specified + / – 1/8″ (3.17 mm) industry tolerance.
TEST RESULTS/ENERGY RATINGS: Products have been independently tested and rated in accordance with AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-11,NAFS – North American Fenestration Standard/Specification for windows, doors, skylights and A440S1-17. AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-17,NAFS and A440S1-19.AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-122, NAFS 2022 (Click here to see the Performance Testing & Energy Ratings).
GLAZING OPTIONS: Double glazing Fiberglass glass stop – 7/8″ sealed unit with 5/8″ air space.

PAINT FINISH: Stock Colors are White, Commercial Brown, Slate Grey, Black and Sandalwood (co-colors are also available).
All frames use an Acrythane water based with UV protector.
The paint is rated environmentally friendly due to low VOC. Custom colors are available.
Please Note: Paint finish does not wrap around to bottom edge of frame when using nail fin application.

GLAZING STOP: A high performance pultruded fiberglass glass stop with a santoprene gasket to ensure a snug fit to the glazing. The glazing tape used is a closed cellular (foam) double adhesive backed tape.
INSTALLATION: Shall be performed by experienced installers in accordance with manufacturer instructions and CSA A440.4 standards. Window shall be plumb and square after installation is complete and sealed to both interior and exterior wall with high quality sealant around the perimeter of the frame. If perimeter cavity is to be foamed, additional anchorage may be required to prevent bowing. It shall be the responsibility of the installers to make all necessary final adjustments to ensure normal and smooth operation.
MAINTENANCE: Occasional cleaning of glass and frame components with a non-abrasive detergent is recommended.
